hey Jamie, well I think people tend to ask for more and once they have more they have asked for much more. It happened to me and I realised that it is very unhealthy and amy times my mind is not at ease or rather troubled. Now I know how to deal with it.
In our society and the very competitive world around us and couple with the increase cost of living and strive for excellence, it is inevitable that people are selfish. Yes, all of us are selfish to some extent including myself. But, I realise more people are getting selfish and more selfish. I was not that selfish when I was just started to work, now I must admitted I am rather more selfish and I know why.
Having said that, I would never do anything indespicable or harm upon people just to achieve what you want. Because I believe this bad things will haunt us one day. You see I believe the purest your memory the better for the soul and the mind. I am trying to achieve this.
Well, I think my world would be a better place if we ourselves being better to the world.
It's seem that people in Singapore sleep very little including myself. Some people even tell me that sleeping is a waste of time, haha. I know more youngsters now spend too much time on the net and gaming. Married couples with kids sleep little too. Young adults have too much things on their minds and sleep too little too.
You know what, I read that too little sleep over time can shorten one's life to 4 - 9 years. I do not know how true is this, but I know a good quality sleep helps to expell all the unwanted free radicals stored in our body and hence cleanses our system.
Vanessa: Yep, moment of sadness and depression, good friends can help to some extent so that we do not go deep into it and thinking negatively or feel 'lost'...
Our loved one passes away, we are sad and depressed, but I always think there are still loved ones who care and are around you. I can't imagine how life will be if the only last loved one passes away. I think life will be very miserable and lonely.
Hey Vanessa: Is good to know that you have some good friends. In time like this, good friends are the best people to steer you back from sadness and depression.
I don't know about you, but it took me months to get over with it. I couldn't accept it that he was gone so quickly. I couldn't eat or sleep for weeks and I stopped work totally for one week. All these because I love my dad very much. Until now I still dream of him occasionally.
If there is one thing that I really can't live without, then it is definitely parental love.
Btw, how old was your dad?

The dual monitor is cool. I guess you are using one mouse to work on them? I agree with you that gaming is a good exercise for the brain. It acts as a stimulant too. I believe your reflexes must be quick and your mind is alert for gamer.
Right now I can only think I can't do without cigarette and my contact lenses. As for activity, a good night sleep is one that I can't do without really. I would feel very lousy the next day if I do not have good quality sleep. Do you also?
